2. Data we process

Depending on how you contact us:

• contact details: name, phone number, WhatsApp account, messages;
• details of your enquiry: breed of interest, household, living situation;
• for a purchase: identity details, delivery address, data for the contract, microchip registration and the puppy’s travel documents;
• technical browsing data (IP address, browser, pages visited) in the hosting provider’s logs;
• content of photos or videos we exchange.

We do not collect buyers’ health data and we do not build advertising profiles.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your enquiries about puppies, video calls and handover: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and, for first contact, Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in replying);
• Handling the sale (contract, documents, microchip, travel, support after handover): Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) (legal obligations, including animal-health and tax rules);
• Running and securing the website (technical logs): Art. 6(1)(f);
• Legal obligations and legal claims: Art. 6(1)(c) and (f).

Providing data for a simple enquiry is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply. For a purchase, the data is required.

4. Recipients and transfers outside the EU

• website hosting and infrastructure (server, CDN) as processors;
• vets, authorities and authorised animal transporters, as needed for the health certificate, TRACES notification and the puppy’s journey;
• WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok only if you click their links; their policies then apply.

These services may transfer data to the United States or other countries outside the EEA on the basis of adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data.

5. Retention

• enquiries that do not lead to a purchase: usually up to 12 months after the last contact;
• sale records and the puppy’s documents: for the statutory periods (usually 10 years for accounting records);
• technical logs: according to the hosting provider’s policy, usually a few weeks.
